Lisa Reeder is an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher, meditation guide, and corporate wellness instructor offering practices that support both personal and professional well-being. As a soul coach, she works one-on-one and in small groups to help others reconnect with their inner wisdom and live in alignment with their soul. She believes we all have the innate power to heal ourselves by listening to the wisdom of our bodies. Her teachings are accessible, fun, and designed to meet people exactly where they are, while gently encouraging everyone to slow down, tune in, and tap into their joy.

Kristin Schooler is a 500-hr. yoga teacher, meditation instructor, corporate wellness consultant, and soul coach with over a decade of experience creating spaces for deep connection, nervous system regulation, and authentic self-inquiry. She believes meaningful change begins with slowing down and listening inward, and her online events are designed to feel grounding, supportive, and real.
