Our Story

The Wildly Aligned Leader didn't begin in a boardroom.

It began on yoga mats.

For nearly a decade, through Wild Souls Yoga, we have guided thousands of individuals through yoga classes, retreats, teacher trainings, coaching programs, workshops, and wellness experiences. We have witnessed firsthand what happens when people slow down long enough to reconnect with themselves.

Over the years, one theme continued to emerge.

People weren't struggling because they lacked knowledge. They weren't struggling because they needed another productivity system, leadership book, or time-management tool.

They were struggling because they were exhausted.

Their nervous systems were overloaded.

Their minds were constantly 'on.'

And increasingly, we began noticing that the same patterns showing up in personal wellness were evident in the workplace.

Burnout.

Disconnection.

Reactivity.

Overwhelm.

Poor communication.

Difficulty focusing.

Leaders carrying more than they could sustain.

As our work expanded into corporate wellness programs, leadership development, and organizational programming, we discovered something important:

The challenges organizations face are often human challenges before they are business challenges.

Behind every culture issue, communication breakdown, engagement challenge, or burnout concern are people navigating stress, pressure, uncertainty, and competing demands.

That's when The Wildly Aligned Leader began to take shape.

From Wellness to Leadership

While Wild Souls Yoga focuses on personal well-being through movement, mindfulness, reflection, and embodied practices, The Wildly Aligned Leader brings those same foundational principles into organizations through a leadership lens.

At their core, both organizations share the same belief: Awareness changes everything.

The difference is the context.

Wild Souls Yoga helps individuals reconnect with themselves.

The Wildly Aligned Leader helps leaders and teams create healthier, more sustainable workplaces through nervous system regulation.

Different language.

Different environment.

Same foundation.

Our Approach

After years of working with corporate groups, one truth became impossible to ignore:

The quality of leadership is deeply influenced by the state of the nervous system.

When leaders are operating from chronic stress, overwhelm, and reactivity, it impacts everything—from decision-making and communication to team culture and performance.

When leaders learn how to regulate their nervous systems, they gain access to something different.

Greater clarity.

Greater resilience.

Greater emotional intelligence.

Greater presence.

Because regulated leaders create regulated teams.

And regulated teams create thriving workplaces.

Our Roots

We believe the future of leadership requires more than strategy.

It requires self-awareness.

It requires understanding how stress impacts behavior.

It requires recognizing the invisible energy that shapes every team, meeting, and workplace culture.

And it requires leaders who understand that sustainable performance is built on human well-being.

The Wildly Aligned Leader exists to help organizations bridge the gap between performance and well-being through nervous system-informed leadership, workplace wellness, and human-centered culture development.

Because when people thrive, organizations thrive.

And when leaders learn to lead from a regulated, aligned place, everything changes.

The Wildly Aligned Leader supports leaders and organizations who are ready to:

Rethink what sustainable success looks like.

Normalize regulation, recovery, and presence at work.

Lead in a way that is both effective and human.

This is leadership for a new era. Grounded. Regulated. Aligned.
